Huajin International Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Huajin International") was established in 2005 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2016 (stock code: 02738.HK).
The company wholly owns Jiangmen Huajin Metal Products Co., Ltd. and Jiangmen Huamu Hardware Co., Ltd. After nearly two decades of deep cultivation and development in the Pearl River Delta international manufacturing industry, the company has become a high-tech enterprise integrating high-quality cold rolled steel, environmentally friendly galvanized steel sheet, bright high-frequency welded pipes and their processing and distribution.
Huajin International has two large-scale production and logistics distribution bases, Muzhou Production Base and Gujing Production Base, both of which were awarded the title of "Top 100 Enterprises in Jiangmen City" in 2020. The two bases produce 2 million tons of cold-rolled steel plates annually, and the extended product capacity includes 900,000 tons of galvanized steel plates and 150,000 tons of steel pipes per year. In 2023, the total production capacity of the two bases of the group will reach 1.584 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 29.47%; the total output value will reach 7.345 billion, a year-on-year increase of 17.36%.
The company's sales business covers a wide range of industries, including electronics, hardware, furniture, etc. It has more than 2,000 downstream customers throughout the Pearl River Delta region, including well-known brand companies such as Midea, Vanward, and Galanz.
Huajin Metal Industrial Park will be launched in 2022. Taking advantage of the location of water and land transport and empowering science and technology with finance, it will create a large-scale metal industrial park integrating futures and spot delivery, spot trading, processing and manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, and supply chain finance.

Annual production capacity of cold rolled steel plates at two bases
The base is equipped with domestically advanced 950MM acid-rolling joint mill equipment, environmentally friendly continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit, full-process intelligent monitoring annealing furnace equipment, high-speed flat-smoothing and straightening equipment, and high-precision imported slitting flat plate equipment.
Jiangmen Huamu Hardware Co., Ltd. started production in May 2012 and is located in Rengziwei, Nan'an Village Committee, Muzhou Town, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City. It has 1150mm) 1450mm high-precision reversible rolling mills, and is equipped with 500,000-ton push-pull pickling line equipment and 500,000-ton pure hydrogen annealing furnaces. Its product size range is: thickness: 0.2-3.0mm, width: 900-1300mm, and its annual output reaches 400,000 tons. In 2016, high-end galvanizing lines were put into production, and its product size range is: length: 0.25-1.5, width: 800-1300, and its annual output reaches 250,000 tons. In addition, it is equipped with independent production lines such as longitudinal shearing and slitting, flat plate flying shearing, finishing and straightening to meet the needs of various customers.
Since the establishment of the company, all sectors of society have given full recognition and high praise to Huajin's corporate development. Huajin has been awarded the titles of National High-tech Enterprise, Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center, Guangdong Famous Brand Product, Jiangmen Engineering Technology Research Center, AAA-level Enterprise for Standardization Work, and Jiangmen Top 100 Enterprises.
